Pink Eye
Abby's got Conjunctivitus (or Pinkeye) in her left eye. Anybody know any home remedies? Or is it another doc's visit?

Christina (24.1.07 23:28) It should go away on it's own Nik, in about a week. Just make sure that you wash it carefully, a warm compress a couple of times a day will help Abby feel better and for goodness sake don't re-use ANYTHING! Wash all cloths, towels, clothes and blankets that come into contact with her before using again. It's highly contagious. Also, don't cover her eye. Common wives-tale but it just raises the eye temperature and gives the bacteria a better place to breed. If it's not gone (or at least going) in a few days.. then yep... off to the doctor you go!
